1.1. This document is an official public offer (hereinafter: the "Offer") by Individual Entrepreneur KLID STANISLAV VASYLOVYCH (hereinafter: the "Seller") to enter into a contract for the sale of digital products with any individual (hereinafter: the "Buyer") who accepts the terms of this Offer.
1.2. The purchase of digital products on this website implies full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer by the Buyer.
2.1. The Seller provides the Buyer with access to purchase digital educational materials, specifically "The Relationship Reset" workbook in PDF format (hereinafter: the "Product").
2.2. The Product is intended exclusively for the Buyer's personal use.
3.1. The price of the Product is specified on the website in US Dollars (USD).
3.2. Payment is made online via the WayForPay payment gateway. The Seller does not process or store the Buyer's credit card information.
3.3. The Product is considered paid for once the funds are successfully credited to the Seller's account.
4.1. Due to the digital nature of the Product, delivery is fulfilled electronically.
4.2. Immediately after successful payment, the Buyer will receive an email containing a link to download the PDF file to the email address provided during checkout.
4.3. If the Buyer does not receive the email within 1 hour, they must contact the Seller's support for assistance.
5.1. Since the Product is a downloadable digital file, all sales are considered final.
5.2. By completing the purchase and downloading the digital file, the Buyer acknowledges that they lose the right to cancel the purchase or request a refund, unless the file is proven to be corrupted or defective.
5.3. If the file is defective, the Buyer must contact the Seller within 14 days of purchase to receive a replacement.
6.1. All content within the Product is the intellectual property of the Seller.
6.2. The Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6.3. The Buyer is strictly prohibited from reselling, distributing, sharing, or publishing the Product, in whole or in part, without the Seller's prior written consent.
7.1. The Seller collects and processes the Buyer's personal data (name, email address) solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and delivering the Product.
7.2. The Seller commits to keeping the Buyer's data confidential and not sharing it with third parties, except as required to process the payment (via WayForPay).
